Friendly staff and beautiful location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is very nice.
Basic room and limited spa hours. The room was too basic and not as advertised in the pictures.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views all around. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay much more enjoyable. the cottages were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the in-house wellness facility was a great addition, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
That the dinner we had ordered in advance somehow got misplaced. It was a slight inconvenience, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel staff were amazing, always helpful and nice. They made me feel welcomed and attended to my every need. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The location of the cottages was great, with parking spaces available nearby. the staff were friendly and well, trained and always made sure we were comfortable. We also appreciated the in, house wellness facilities and the kids' play area nearby. Best aspects: the cottages were nicely set up, with clean and nice bathrooms. In the living room, there was a cozy fireplace and a modest, sized kitchen. We also enjoyed the availability of WiFi.
The room we were given was too basic and didn't live up to the expectations we had from the pictures online. We also had some issues with our dinner order and payment, as well as accessing the spa facilities.
